Learner Profile

  • Has some of our younger learners in this pathway
  • Older children have an SLD profile or are at the early developmental levels
  • Some older children may also present with SEMH needs and need support with appropriate play and social skills
  • Children need play/practical experiences to learn concepts and new skills as well as consolidating what has already been taught
  • Pupils are beginning to attend to whole class activities such as Social Stories and Attention Autism
  • Pupils are able to attend to paired or small group work for learning
